Gow Hasting Architects worked together with Greenwin Properties and Colliers International to transform 365 Bloor Street East into a modern corporate address, involving up to $20 million in improvements. Prior to our involvement, the existing building had tremendous potential but suffered a high vacancy rate. Through rebranding and renovations, 365 Bloor Street East has become a desirable corporate address with Post Media as their anchor tenant.

The goal was to create an environment which is in keeping with the wants and needs of tenants in today’s marketplace and create a consistent look and feel throughout the work environment. A new exterior entrance and branding including lit address marker and canopy gives the building an identity and presence.
